1. Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Vegetarians can join standard courses (just let us know in advance). For vegans or gluten intolerant guests, please get in touch in advance and we can offer you an adapted class as a private session.

2. Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

Yes. Prior reservation is required and we cannot cater for walk-ins. Booking 2 days in advance is highly recommended, especially during spring and autumn.

3. How and when do I pay?

Payment in advance via credit card on our website is the quickest and most efficient way. If you wish to pay another way, please get it in touch and we will try and help.

4. What do I do about cancellation?

Please cancel by email in as much time as possible. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your class you will receive a full refund. We are unable to provide a refund for cancellations within 24 hours of a reserved class, or for guests who do not show at all.

5. What do I need to bring?

We provide everything on the day, so all you need to bring is your appetite!

7. Is Eat Osaka suitable for children?

Children are very welcome, we will prepare children knives. However since we will be using hot stoves and sharp knives in the class, they must be given strict parental supervision. Children participating in the class are charged at the standard rate.

8. I booked and paid a class but I haven't got any mail.

If you do not get an acknowledgement of your request within 12 hours, please contact us immediately.
